The deployment of the system is to be performed in a number of stages:
Wireframe development: The wireframe designs are the initial process where the
system designer designs the idea into a real sketch. The sketches of the system allows

in this phase. The main users of the system are the participants and the co-ordinators

Prototype development: The prototype design of the wireframes design in the
previous for the Seminar enrolment system are development in the next stage. A proto
type is an instance of the system without actual implementation of the system. The
user interaction can be easily understood with the implementation in this phase. The
prototype is used for the feedback process from the users in the system.
Database Development: After the development of the prototype the development of
the database is done. The database stores the data that are generated from the system.
After the development data the system integration is performed for the Seminar.
System Integration: The allocation system for the seminar is done with other
processes performed in the Systems of the Seminar. The new methods developed for
the system are integrated with the other developments in the system. The deployment
of the system is done after the final process of the integration of the system.
