Considering the above use case diagram of the Small and Medium Equipment Hire
(SAMEH), this can effectively resolve the current issues within the business. Here the online
management system has been presented for resolving the current issue. In this case one of the
biggest problems for the manager was handling all the tasks that involved with the leasing as for
this process the manger needs to manually call the customers. This was very much time

consuming job. As a solution of this in the above case the use case diagram has been provided
which can effectively handles this issue. In this online management system the customers will
login to the online management system with their individual portals and they can raise their
queries to the SAMEH through this online management system. Manager is also having access to
this online management system but as an admin. Through this the manager will be able to view
the queries of the customer regarding leasing and can update them directly through this online
management system. Thus in this case the issue with calling will be solved. Also, the customers
are having problem as calling is the only way to communicate with SAMEH which is a problem
in many cases. With the introduction of the online management system the customer will also be
able to communicate with the organization. In this case it has been also understood that manual
management of the stock creating problem in the stock management for the organization. In this
case the online management system is also capable of managing the stocks of the organization.
The manager is able to handle all the problems of the customer as the customer can
contact directly the organization through this online management system. If any type of
extension is required for the leased product then it can be approved through this online
management system. This online management system is having a central database storage in
which all the queries of the customers are recorded. In many of the cases equipment are
requested by the customers which are not supplied by the SAMEH. Thus for such cases the
online management system will be capable of keep tracking of those requested items so that this
services can be provided to the customers in future.
Equipment missing case is also there in the organization as in many cases regular
customers go directly to the warehouse and directly book items from there. Due to this reason
head office of the organization misses the information. This issue will be positively solved by

this online management system as this system is capable of tracking all the requests. When a
customer directly takes equipment from the warehouse of the organization then it will be updated
in the system. Thus the head office will also be able to track all the equipment which are leased
by the customers. Problem with the missing equipment will be solved in this case.
