1. Introduction
The aim of this paper is to highlight the aspects related to the system analysis of the “My
Health Record” system, which an automated system allowing the Australian health cares to
smoothly exchange the medical information of the patients in automated manner. The proposed
system will allow the Australian citizens to feed their data and information related to medical
details and treatments in the clinical sectors. This system will allow cost effective and efficient
healthcare facilities to the Australian Communities.

4.2 Brief Use Case Description
Use Case 1: Data feeding in the database
Description:
The patient and doctors will have to create account to enter and access the data and
information saved in the system. Thereafter they would be able to access the data and
information, and upload the modified data as per the ongoing treatment.
Use Case 2: Sharing Options
Description:
The patients will be provided with a choice of sharing the privacy and selected option
will open the access to the respective stakeholder for which the privacy has been opened. It will
be restricting the data and information exchange and sharing.
Use Case 3: Medical specialist accessing data
Description:
The chosen stakeholder and health cares would be able to access the data and information
related to the present treatment, ongoing medications, and past medical treatments allowing
enhancement in the medical treatments.

Description:
