3. Fact-Finding
i. Interviews
IT manager and Director of Sales of CloudPlex will be interviewed. The business clients and the customers will
be interviewed and their responses will be recorded (Almorsy, Grundy and Müller 2016). The responses will help
CloudPlex to serve their customers better. They will be able to manage the cloud applications as well.
ii. Documentation review
The project plan contains the detailed timeline of each and every activity associated with the project. The
project plan contains the primary deliverables like email marketing, SMS marketing and arrangement of
webinars. The project plan documentation review will help the business clients to know the project activities in
details that the business clients will have to undertake (Moreno-Vozmediano et al. 2017). The business clients
will have the idea about the project priorities. They will know which activity they should carry out first and
which one later on. The business clients will have the project priority knowledge.
iii. Observation
The project plan explains the main project deliverables in details. The main deliverables are the email
marketing, webinar arrangement and management. In case of SMS marketing the business organisation will have
to undertake the following activities- they will have to design the SMS template. The business organisation will
have to write down the contents in the template. The business organisation can send SMS to the customers.
Again, the Cloudplex gives the multiple opportunities to the business organisation. They can keep track of the
customers. Clod Plex also help them to know the competitors. The business clients can also acknowledge their
productivity, their market share through CloudPlex. Similarly, in case of email marketing, the business clients
can design an email template and can send emails to the clients (Birger et al. 2017). The business clients can
assess the customers’ behaviour and the nature of the customers as well. Again, the business clients can organise
or arrange a webinar online over CloudPlex. The Business organisations can trace the customers with the help of
CloudPlex cloud management platform.
iv. Questionnaires
What are the risks the business clients can face while adapting CloudPlex service?

5SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
How do the business clients can provide best solutions to the customers using CloudPlex cloud service?
What are the issues the customers can face while adapting the CloudPlex cloud services?
What are the security issues that are related to CloudPlex cloud services?
v. Research
The research data is collected in the form of inteerview and the questionnaires. The IT manager and Director
of Sales of CloudPlex will participate and will give their opinions. Responses will be collected from the business
clients and the customers. The qualitative data analysis will be carried out. The data analysis outcome will help to
know how the risks associated with CloudPlex can be mitigated (Piraghaj et al. 2016). CloudPlex will get
solutions on how they should carry out the services so that they can offer better services to the customers and the
business clients.

5. “AS IS” Process
6. Report to Top Management
The data analysis results will be forwarded to the top management of CloudPlex. The data analysis will
help the CloudPlex team to know about the challenges the business clients and the customers are facing. The
analysis results will help them to take actions to face the challenges associated with the cloud services.
The customers and the business clients are not acquainted to the cloud services. They may face problems
while taking up the cloud services. CloudPlex should appoint trainers and must design a manual. The training
manual and the trainers will help the business clients and the customers to get well with the cloud services.
Again, there are security issues. The CloudPlex must implement and configure firewall, also they must install the
antivirus software. CloudPlex must update the antivirus software on a regular basis, it will help the both the
business clients and the customers to carry out the business over the cloud platform efficiently without worrying
about data breach.
