EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project report based on software proposal to chosen client company BHP Group Ltd. This
report also consist show casing three alternatives available to client which can solve their current
issues which is integration between different functional departments. Overall the whole
assignment covers the benefits and features of latest ERP software.

INTRODUCTION
This report discusses the concept of ERP system and its uses from the business context. The
chosen client company BHP group requires IT assistance to solve integration problem. BHP
Group Ltd. is one of the top 20 companies listed in ASX of Australia stock list and has business
process in mining and manufacturing of various products. The final alternative suggested to
client was Priority ERP software as it meets the company’s requirement and needs.
1. Background of BHP Group Ltd
1.1 Description of BHP Group Ltd
BHP Group Limited operates as a global business group. The company studies and extracts
minerals, such as coal, iron metal, gold, titanium, ferroalloys, nickel and copper properties, as
well as offers exploration, production and refining of oil administrations. BHP Group serves
customers all over the world.
The company manufactures various products including iron metal, metallurgical coal, copper and
uranium. Its divisions include oil, copper, iron ore and coal. The oil fragment is involved in the
exploration, development and production of oil and gas. The Copper component is occupied by
