SYSTEM ANALYSIS Introduction Commonwealths “My health Record” keeping system is a digital system that helps to store health based information of the patients. With the help of this system both the doctors and the patients will get to know about their current health status. Due to this offered opportunity currently the number of patients for this system is started growing rapidly. It is the responsibility of the service providers to deliver efficient and fast service to their consumers. In order to keep large set of information they require cloud platform. Three different cloud platforms are nominated and based on their features the most suitable vendors should be adopted by the organization (Wang et al., 2015). In order to implement such cloud platform the pros and cons of the predictive and adaptive SDLC are also elaborated in this report. 1. Vendor solution In order to keep the information secured from the external attackers to store more data simultaneously it is required for “My health record” to install cloud vendor solution for the Commonwealths system (Hashem et al., 2015). Different cloud vendor solutions are available in the market among them the three nominated service providers are Amazon Web Server (AWS), Microsoft Azure and SAP. The features of three of these service providers are as follows: 1.1Amazon Web Server IaaS platform: The cloud service provider AWS offers the users a IaaS platform thus the users will be able to get all benefits of IaaS (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2016).
SYSTEM ANALYSIS AWS offerings: It offers wide range of web services those are developed by Amazon developers. It gives huge storage capacity and networking subcategories. Third party market:It gives marketplace to the third party services and software. In order to integrate all the applications together this platform is designed (Botta et al., 2016). This offer holds all necessary categories in terms of software infrastructure, developing tools, desktop application etc. Security:It offers high level security to the users and due to this none of the credentials can be accessed easily by the unwanted users. Mobile friendly access:the service gives mobile friendly access to the users as per the requirements. 1.2 Microsoft Azure Fast solution with ExpressRoute: There is a benefit baseline that can be gained from this cloud service provider. It gives high IT accessibility, improves data recovery and at the same time lowers down the cost of hardware. Though, the data security and the speeds of the service differ a lot in case of different services. Not only this but also there is a huge difference between the azure cloud features and the cloud service offers by premium ExpressRoute. Easy configuration management: New headaches can be created through the new technology advances. With the increment in number of machines the access become much easier and all the complicated technical configuration level issues can be resolves through this (Lian, Yen & Wang, 2014). Another advantage of this vendor is that it is compatible to open source tools for configuration management. Configuration of virtual machine through this application is very much easier.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS Better cloud collaboration: It helps to simplify the entire process of development and implementation (Sultan, 2014). It also helps the users to identify the most frequently used cloud app discovery tool and also helps to prioritize which tool to be spent in IT. Secure solution:It gives high security to the users and with system none of the unwanted user will be able to access data from the server. Effective connection: It offers tailored level values to those businesses those are based upon their geographic spread (Zhang et al., 2017). This location spread service is very much effective from the users end. 1.3 SAP High flexibility and transparent solution: The SAP cloud vendor offers high level of flexibility and transparent solution to the users. The user friendly application of this solution allows the every professional to work for this system (Raghupathi & Raghupathi, 2014). It helps to automate the system so that users can automatically control the key accounting processes like the journal entries, receivable accounts details and health condition of the patients. Controlled system:It helps to manage the overall cash flow. The budget developed for this project and assets of the project can be easily tracked and monitored (Rallapalli, Gondkar & Ketavarapu, 2016). The controlled application offers greater level of accuracy as well as efficiency. Financial report analysis:The financial reports can be easily analyzed with the help of this cloud vendor. In additional to this the banking and reconciliation processes become easy to apply.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS Theadvancedcustomermanagement:Thecustomermanagementsystemoffers marketing campaign management so that the users can easily lead the needful activities (Raghupathi & Raghupathi, 2014). It can build a secured relationship between the service provider and the consumer to grow the sales profitability effectively. Inventory management:SAP gives integrated inventory management system to the users with standard Microsoft excel functionalities (Lo’ai et al., 2016). Security:It gives high level security to the users and thus no unauthenticated users can act as an obstacle without permission. 2. Review the cloud based solution From market analysis it has been found that the Cloud service providers are not all time beneficial besides strength it also has some major weaknesses (Stantchev et al., 2015). The strength and weaknesses of the cloud platforms are as follows: Strength and weaknesses of AWS This is the first cloud platform provider that offered a public IaaS in the year of 2006. The environment of the AWS is too vast thus management become difficult for such service It offers DNS routing to caching to the load balancer Managingsoftwaredefinesdatacenter sometimes stand difficult It has the most number of data centers, which help it to give wide global coverage (Oliveira, Thomas & Espadanal, 2014) Due to huge offers sometime the technology crashes It gives robust and reliable network service toInformation leakage is another major weakness
SYSTEM ANALYSIS the usersof the service (Zickau et al., 2014) Fordifferentsensitiveapplicationthisis beneficial(Tyagi,Agarwal&Maheshwari, 2016) Sometimes authentication identity issue arises. Strength and weaknesses of Azure High availabilityNeeds platform experts SecurityNeeds proper management Scalability Cost effective from the user end (Zickau et al., 2014) Strength and weaknesses of SAP Gives end to end visibility to the supply chainLac of security Presence of charge back managementNeeds experts Data storing and data processing is easierRedistribution of network is requires 3. SDLC approach Two different types of software development life cycle approaches are there such as predictive and adoptive (Wang et al., 2015). The pros and cons for both these approaches are illustrated below: Pros and cons of Adoptive SDLC Pros

SYSTEM ANALYSIS It offers extensive opportunity towards stakeholder’s management system before the initiation of the project kick off (Hashem et al., 2015). It offers early delivery of the software with high level of transparency It software development methodology is absolutely customer focused and the speed of development is also higher than the others This can implement high quality software software4 for the users and offers change management so that changes can be brought during the implementation phase in between. Cons Needs huge numbers of evolution as well as emergence requirements (Botta et al., 2016) The testing approach of the adoptive system is very complicated For successful i9mplementation it needs extensive level of user involvement with the project Pros and cons of Predictive SDLC Pros It is quite easy to understand from the developers and user end (Lian, Yen & Wang, 2014) Through this approach the time and budget can be initially predicted It is easy to manage and it offers clearly visible steps Cons
SYSTEM ANALYSIS The testing review is very difficult For any object oriented complex project this is not at all usable (Sultan, 2014) Among three of these cloud vendors the most suitable vendor for the Commonwealths “My health Record” system is Amazon Web Server. In order to implement SAP to their system the adoptive SDLC approach is required to be chosen (Tyagi, Agarwal & Maheshwari, 2016). Conclusion From the above discussion it can be concluded that with the help of cloud based platform the commonwealths “My health record” keeping system will be able to get a disaster recovery approach, data backup support and application resilience simultaneously. The three different cloud vendors chosen for improving this system are Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure and SAP. The features of three of these vendors are elaborated and based on their features the most suitable cloud platform is found as the SAP for the “My health record” keeping system. After analyzing the strength and weaknesses of the system the system developers have chosen this one. It is expected that with the successful implementation of this particular approach the service providers will be able to gain effective commercial revenue from the market and more number of consumers throughout Australia.
