3System Analysis and DesignOVERVIEWThis report provides requirements of a system and give a recommendation for the requirementspecifications that need to be implemented based on cloud-based solutions available. This isdone after a system analyst has gathered requirements analyzed them and found a better way toimplement them as per the analysis that was done. This involves the specification of the qualitiesof the requirements, the strengths and weaknesses of the cloud-based solution, specify functionaland non-functional requirements and define the System Development Life Cycle that is the mostappropriate to be used in the implementation of the cloud-based solution system.INTRODUCTIONThe requirement specification report is provided so as to ensure a smooth systematic flow ofevents during the testing and implementation of the cloud based solution system. Thisinformation provided on this report enhances requirement gathering for the implementationphase.Qualities of a system according to Chung & do Prado (2009): Qualities of a system are dividedinto two non-functional requirements and functional requirements which essentially determined asystem’s utility. The following is a classification of qualities of a system regardless of the type. Whether non-behavioral or behavioral this classification cuts across the two. These include the interface requirements, performance requirements, operating requirements, lifecycle requirements, economic requirements and political requirements.Interface requirements. The system is to consume patient’s data and information stores them andmanages their health information. First, the patient registers with the health site give his or herdetails. The doctors write reports based on the illness progress and health conditions of thepatient and give to the patient through the website.Performance requirements. This describes all the performance constraints which include:Time and space specifications. How many transactions can the system transact persecond? And how much space of data the system can hold on patients in the system.Reliability. The accuracy of data stored which according to the health system is effectiveand efficient.Security. Access to patient information is only authorized by the patient and the doctoradministering treatment to the patient. This encourages authenticity, integrity, andaccuracy of the information.Adaptability. This is the ability of the system to be compatible with the futuretechnological changes and flow of activities.
