The Homes School is private school in Midwest United States providing service of
preschool for 20 years. The school offers education to preschool students and also offers
education up to primary level. But, recently the management team of Homes School has decided
to provide as service of after school care to the students who wants to stay in the school after the
school timing. It has also decided that the after care service will not only provided to the students
of Homes school, but others school students in that local area can also get benefit from the
service provided by Homes. So, the management team of Homes School has decided to
implement an information technology system in the present working system of the education.
Homes wants to implement IT solution in its system. All the administrative as well as the
financial works should be handled by computer systems that are to be implemented in the
system. With the increasing workload of maintaining the students in after-care have lead their
staffs and employees to increase their workload as well. So, to reduce those extra workloads, the
management has decided to implement IT solution in the system. The Homes School is a small
organization and is not capable of employing a new set of administrative personnel as well as
new staffs in the system. The demand for after care in Homes is increasing day by day making
the teachers impossible to maintain all the work properly.
The information system that is proposed by the Homes School add ups the computer
hardware as well as computer software with employees of the system, processes of the system, as

technology leads to makes the system automated as well as more efficient. With the
