Part A
Task 1: Report
Spiral Model:The Spiral model takes into consideration both the iterative and the
waterfall model. The waterfall modeling of the processing will include both the controlled
processing and the systematic processing of the data management related to the business
management of the organization (Chandra, 2015). The entire process is diversified in 4 phases
namely, Identification of the process, designing of the process, construction of the framework
and finally the analysis of the risk management of the entire project. The identification stage
marks the initiation of the project management. The requirements of the task are managed and
the processing of the project is started with proper planning. The designing stage takes into
consideration the evaluated results that are presented in the identification stage which will ensure
the fact that the designing of the entire project is capable of procuring the business management.
The designing stage mainly includes the logical and architectural implementation of the
processing of the product ensuring the fact that the entire designing is managed with utmost
efficiency. This ensures that the logical updating of the data is managed with proper management
techniques (Alshamran and Bahattab, 2015). The main software is main developed n the
designing phase of the system. analysis of the risk management deals with the processing of the
data management regarding the risks that may approach the functionality of the process. This
fact ensures the fact that the risks that are heading towards the business management can be
reduced and taken care of.
Benefits: The benefits of using this model are as follows: -
The changes that are required in this model are very easily achievable

3SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF CRM
Prototype usage cats as the major advantage of this model
A large number of prototype can be made with the help of this model
The accuracy of the method analysis is very high in this process which acts as the
major advantage of the process
The application of the user interface can easily be processed
Drawbacks: There are several kinds of drawbacks of this Model like:
The processing of managing the task that is provided is very complex in nature.
This ensures the fact that the data transcription will ensure the prosecution of the
business management will act as the disadvantage of the process
The processing of the entire case might be at stake as the project managers deals
with the decision making can be in accurate due to the complex procedural
functioning of the project
Number of spirals which are used in the project may fail and handling of the
entire project can get terminated.
This project methodology is not suitable for the project that has low risk
management skills (Gu, Xu and Adjiman, 2017)
Agile Model: Agile model is considered as the most popular model that will ensure the
procurement of the processing of the project in different ways as this ensures the processing of
the SDLC model with proper efficiency of the business management. This process acts helpful as
this process allows different project managers with different ideologies to function properly and
the efficiency of the process is maintained as the Agile model is lenient to the different
processing of the ideology of different project managers (Cooper and Sommer, 2016). The
modification if the project can be done in this model as this supports the execution of the process

with different ideology of the project managers. The Agile model is flexible enough to work in
the processing of different phases very efficiently hence they usage of this model is performed
very highly done. The agile model suppor6ts only the iterative process and do not support the
waterfall model as it was possible in the Spiral model. Another advantage of this model is that
the data execution will ensure that the data that are evaluated after every stage of iteration will be
insured in each iteration stage. This acts as the major advantage foe the process. the output of
every evaluation state is considered as the modified version of the previous iteration model or
phase. This process is also considered to be the adaptive SDLC model.
Benefits: The major benefit of the Agile model are as follows: -
The approach is realistic in nature which acts as the major advantage of the
process
Cross train support of the organization which also acts as the major advantage of
this model
The partial progress of the solution can be updated during the processing of the
activity
The requirement for the completion of the process is least and the amount
resources for the initiation of the project is also least in nature
Extensive planning is not required for the processing of the task (Battou, 2017)
The management of the project is very easy compared to the other models
The flexibility of the functioning of the process is considered too be the advantage
of this project

5SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF CRM
The complex query management is not possible in this model which acts as the
major disadvantage of the project (Hansson and Zhao, 2015)
The potentiality of risk management acts as the major reason for excess risk kin
the processing of the project. this fact ensures that the processing of the project
acts as the major risk supporting feature in the Agile model
RAD Model: RAD is the abbreviated as the Rapid Action Development for the process of
the action related to the iteration of the prototyping process. This fact ensures that the processing
of the ideas regarding the data management of the processing of the data will ensure the iteration
and the prototyping of the project management. Specific planning regarding the processing of the
project planning as well as the data management of the project is not done. This process deals
with the fact that the data management of the business organization will enumerate the model
focusing (Valacich, George and Hoffer, 2014). With the help of the processing of the task the
project manager will be open to innovative ideas and the functioning of the task. This will help
the project manager to deal with the methodology of the project and the methodology of the
same. The conveyance is done with the help of the utilitarian modules of the business
management. Rapid Action Development is considered to be the iterative console and the
projection is termed as the iterative module. This process insures the fact that the data processing
is much more efficient in nature. The prototypes are reusable in nature which will deal with the
fact that the enacting of the functioning of the process is much more efficient (Gupta, Goul and
Dinter, 2015). The entire project can be divided in sort groups leading to the fast progress of the
task and this particular model has the power to function with the design engineers as well as the
space specialist of the project. This modeling cats fruitful and the steps that are taken to complete
the purpose of the project is much more advantageous than many other models.

Advantages: the major advantages of this model are as follows: -
The processing of the report is easily measurable in nature
The time required for the development of the project is comparatively low compared to
the models that are of same designation
The functioning of the project will be done with the feedback of a large number of clients
which adds to the efficiency of the project
Drawbacks: the major drawbacks of this model are as follows: -
The dependency of this project on the complex framework f the functioning will lead tp
the fact that the project gets more vulnerable in nature (Valacich, George and Hoffer,
2014)
The project management is very complex in nature. This will ensure the fact that the data
management will be very difficult due to the processing of the data
Recommendation
Taking into consideration the above case study, the major concern will be to secure the
processing that will ensure the management of the project management regarding the data
management of the processing of the complex situations. The best kind of the model that is used
for the processing of the task is the Agile model. Agile model acts as the best model for the
functioning of the data. This methods if used will act as the approach of the system.
