1. The business ownership of the company is cooperative society. The company is a
proposed business, which aims to provide secure homes to younger people and kids
who do not live with their families, prisoners, and at the same time, they are disable.
This is an institute based on residential care targets 17 to 37 years, which are suffering
from disability. The company is a purposeful company that tries to deliver the
services across Australia with an aim to support most disabled things in the
community. The company is an existing company with employees, which is related to
cleaning, gardening, hospitality, contract packaging, and Graffiti Removal.
2. The building block is the backbone, which aims to provide homes to the disable
person and younger people. The job is concerned with assisting the families by
availing security care and the level of support, which play an integral role of children
development. Increasing the parental skills, creating confidence developmental skills,
physical, and emotional needs. The proposed plan has the purpose, which brings
service to the disable person. On the basis of Dundas, the company has the crew of
available services to NSW arena (Payne, Frow, & Eggert, 2017).
3. Financial analysis aims to provide the indication in regards to how well charity is
financed through equity and debt. It is important to note to what extent revenue has
improved.
The continuous level of revenue remains same for the last years, which means at least
the company is able to meet its expenses while serving people at large.
Resources available to the company covers home care packages, care reforms available
on myaaged.gov.au. While considering important data, it is seen that data from website
and the team will speak with the one they actually wants (Liu, & Fang, 2016). Cash flow

4. Business operations symbolises that cooperative society has limited liability of
members. Liability is quite limited to the extent to the amount contributed by the
members. Community based work is a corporation that can deliver services to NSW
with aim to support the disabled people. Proposed plans operate with more
community that can avail services to the disable person, homeless people, and
community housing.
5. Competitors are the force of the company, which is an external force that supports
idea of the disabled proposed plan. The level of promotion can affect the amount of
funds it get, which does not come under competition. Reshaping the service delivery
model for the proposed plan is well made to be served in highly business competitive
environment. Existing threats include the adaptability of competition accomplished
with service providers for price, quality, commitment, and quality with an aim to
achieve the excellent support.
6. Companies is meant to cater people that do not have secure homes inclusive of kids
and younger people. It is a form of the proposed plan, which serve free enterprise-
oriented services rather than thinking of the pecuniary profits. Consumer cooperative
society of consumers is nit good quality and the services at the affordable price when
conducting public catering services when producing goods, household services, credit
and more insurance services. Company can meet to cater the issues related to the
