The charter is an initiationdocument favouring the implication of the effective project reports and management of thesuccessive implication of the operations. The project of CRM system development for TOSIG isa system development project that would be based on the use of the IT information systemproject management principles. The completion of the project would also be based on the use ofvarious technologies and principles of project management for the planning and documentationin the project. 1. TitleThe title of the project is ‘CRM system development for TOSIG’. 2. Scope overviewThe CRM system development for TOSIG project involves the implication of the ITmanagement process and the utilization of the effective operation development favouring theutilization of the activities favouring the effective implication of the operations. The deploymentof the information development project would include proper documentation of the requirements,activities required, test results, and final reports, feasible project plan development from theactivities listed and aligning them in the specific timeline, sustainable design development for thedevelopment of UI and system for TOSIG, and complete system development and deployment. 3. Business case

3SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT PLANThe organization of TOSIG had been providing insurance to various customers forbuildings, fencing, stock yards, storage silos and machinery, and even crops. They have beenworking since the last 65 years maintaining effective relationship with the customers. They havebeen using the traditional practices and provide cumulative insurance worth of 6.7 billion dollars.They have to manage the 150 insurance agents and develop strategies for increasing the overallsales of the operations. Each agent would have to maintain the books of account and form thedeployment of the activities favouring the implication of the operations. 4. Project BackgroundThe project has been developed for the implementation of the CRM facility in TOSIGand it would allow the implication of the operations favouring the improved customer datamanagement. The deployment of the information development project would include properdocumentation of the requirements, activities required, test results, and final reports, feasibleproject plan development from the activities listed and aligning them in the specific timeline,sustainable design development for the development of UI and system for TOSIG, and completesystem development and deployment.5. Milestone schedule with acceptance criteriaThe complete project of CRM system development for TOSIG is based on the systemdevelopment and can be divided into 6 phase namely system requirement phase, systemdesigning phase, system development phase, system deployment phase, system testing, andsystem documentation.
