Idea/Problem
The idea for the development of the information system is to save time and money and
helps in ensuring that the system focuses on the business problem and improve the accuracy and
response time of the system. The system is developed such that each of the users have a separate
login and the admin have all the authority. The property is maintained by the admin and the user
can add or buy property by providing the details of the property. The system is found useful for
keeping track on the account of buyers and investors of the real estate industry. The interface of
the system is needed to be aligned with the experience of the people and the system should
provide fast and easy access to the information. The user should never feel surprised and the
system operation should be predicted and is needed to store data easily.
Response
The following are the responses that are expected from the system:
Reliability – The design of the database is simple such that it can cater the original needs
of real estate agents and it is tested against all constraints during the earlier stages of
development.
Availability – The system is developed as a standalone application and is available for the
system on which the package is installed.
Maintainability – No maintenance is needed for the application since the database is
provided to the end user the user has the responsibility to manage it.
Security – Authentication and authorization is used and without it the access of the
system is denied and thus the legitimate users are allowed access to use it. Training is needed to

be given such that the legitimate information of a user is not shared with outsiders and its effect
on the security of the user account and the system.
