System of Transport for Passengers

As cities develop  and succeed, measures of quality of life—such as access to better healthcare and education—rise as well. However, when a civilization becomes more rich, the need for transportation decreases. As a city's population rises, so do its citizens' transportation needs. There is no alternative. The city must provide the necessary infrastructure and services to enable its citizens from all socioeconomic backgrounds to take advantage of growth and development if this possibility is to become a reality.
