In managing lifestyle for mental health and well-being, use of technology help people in connecting with each others. Along with this, it also provide deeper understanding to do more to keep people healthy. As a result, it increase the awareness about the mental health and also supporting well being of people in their lifestyle (Brown and et. al., 2016). In this, technology enable them in developing a better communication among people so that they easily manage their stressful life by sharing their feelings with each others. In addition to this, the awareness of mental well-being and the factors that can affect it is continue to rise. Most of health technology focuses on the physical maladies but at the same time technology can also provide new ways to treat mental health disorders to people. In this regards, different smartphone apps also includes for managing lifestyle for mental health as it contributes in offering a different benefits for helping people to stay sober and healthy. With the help of technology, people can easily find proper guidance through the internet based support groups as it allow them to contact with them and also feel comfortable.
