management those could be utilized for the efficient and effective
implementation of the system thinking while managing the project, portfolio,
and programme. Some of the vital tools those re being practiced and easy to use
can be listed as follows:
Conceptual model: This tool is applicable in determining the broad concept of
the concepts related to the project growth and development and demonstrating
them at a single platform that can provide a better understanding on the facts
related to the implementation of the changes.
Context Diagram: Context diagram is capable of driving the same concept
however; the visual representation of this tool can provide any individuals of the
