4. Being an IT professional I have huge responsibility in the workplace and at
the same time I also have to work very hard in my personal life. However, in each
step I also have to balance my personal and professional life. In order to balance the
professional and professional life I have to follow some activities and the list of
activities are as follows:
Development of time management plan
Setting professional and personal priority
Separate the works and play
Development of daily schedule
Maintaining the schedule
Procrastination management
Eliminating all the obstacles and distraction as well
Must create separate professional and personal life
There must be a shield to safeguard the passion
I feel that I meet these responsibilities very accurately.
5. My Future goals in terms of SMART goal
Specific: I want to become a leader of a software development project
Measurable: I want to reach the designation within the coming 5 years
Attainable: I think I could attain my expectation through attending different
workplace and training ad development programs

Time bound: I am already working as a professional software developer and
