Aldi is company which deals with the chain of super market which provide different types of retail goods and productsto various customer present in marketplace. This company has more then 2500 stores which provide various retail products which helps the customer to avail facilities of retail products. It has long supermarket chain which aids to implement different types of products. In this report it is explains about the comparison between role of manager and leaders, different leadershipapproaches and theories like behavioral theories, system leadership style and it is also discussed about the contiguous theories and leadership theories which aid to perform different functions of organization ( Prevot and et.al., 2016). In order to perform various function manager and leaders control and escort their employee in order to perform different types of activities of organization in effective way. They guide their employee in order to execute assorted types of work in proper way. This aids to maintain potency in performing various functions of company. Leader implement different approaches which helps to guide their worker as per the vision and mission of organization. They deliver various messages which is deliver from manager of Aldi. This helps to make proper coordination to employeeto carry through contrary types of functions of organization. This helps to attain effective result in effective manner. Directing:The manager of Aldi needs to give decent direction to employee in order to accomplish different types of task in stipulated time period. They also monitor the performance of various employee working in the organization. Staffing:Manager of Aldi hire experienced applicantto execute various types of functions of organization. It also fill the vacant post of organization in a systematic manner. The leader escort their worker whileconducting various types of functions of system in decorous manner. Coordinating:In order to perform contrary types of action of Aldi manager make proper coordination with various department of organization. Whereas leaders guide employee working in different department of organization (Cass and Mukherjee, 2011). Controlling:Managers and leaders plays a significant role in order to control unwanted activities of organization which aids to reduce the operational cost of production of cost. The role of leaders plays an essential role in order to monitor result in decorous way.
