In the operation of an organization, both the leader as well as the manager have important
roles. The managers of an organization are responsible for designing and managing work to
achieve the goals of the business organization. Leadership is responsible for influencing and
empowering employees to perform well in the organization. As a recruiter at Harvey Nash,
