This analysis particularly contracts with the transformation management system of the
Ford Motor Co. and the Enterprise Environmental Factors that are related to the group
(Ansoff et al., 2019). This report deal with a particular department of Ford that is
Electrical/Electronic Systems Engineering Department. This particular department mainly
deals with the electrical system associated with the organization and handles about 80
programs each day. This department of Ford organization consists of four functional units
including a chief engineer in all the department. The main motto of this department is to
provide great products to its customer, developing more products as well as delivering the
products faster (Lines et al., 2015). This electrical department also wants to achieve the
competitive cost and wants to build relationship between the stakeholders of the company.
The department also has emphasis on statement as well as processes that are carried out in the
