INTRODUCTION
The concept of bullying is generally the use of force, coercion, a hurtful teasing or the
threats. The bullying is basically an unwanted or an aggressive behaviour among the school aged
students which generally involves a perceived or real power balance. In this, the behaviour is
quite repeated, or it involves a potential to be repeated over time. The children's who are bullied
as well as who generally bully the other children may contains some serious or the ever lasting
issues. This essay will will cover the various aspects of bullying at an educational institutions or
at workplace that will affect the young adults or children's (Fahlefi and Hudha, 2020).
MAIN BODY
To consider the concept of bullying, children's or adults behaviour must be aggressive
which involves an imbalance of the powers such as the children's or the adults use their power
like their physical strength, can access to the embarrassing data or it can involve the popularity
so as to control or can harm the other children or people. The imbalance of the powers gradually
modify over the time as well as in the various different situations or conditions, even if they can
relate with the same adults or children's. It can also involves the repetition of the bullying
behaviours such as the bullying behaviour can happen more than once or it can have the
potential to be happened more than once. The bullying generally includes the actions like the
threats, attacking towards someone physically or the verbally, spreading of the rumours as well
as excluding the someone from the a particular group on specific purpose. It can also occurs
during or it can occur after the school hours. It is determined that most of the bullying cases
generally happens in the schools institutions, a particular percentages can also happens in the
places like on the bus or it can also occurs on the playground (Moosa, 2020).
In this, bullying of someone can also occurs while movement or travelling to or from the
school institutions. In an organisation or the educational institution, there are various types of
bullying such as it can be in the form of verbal, non-verbal as well as the physical behaviours.
Another classification is generally based on the perpetrators or the involved participants so that
the type which involves the individual as well as the collective bullying. The another
interpretation can also cite the relational as well as an emotional bullying in addition to any of
the physical harm which is generally inflicted to the another people or even the property. In an
organization or workplace, it involves other case of the bullying which is specifically termed as
