use of appropriate talent. Present report will lay emphasis on Pine Apps Ltd. Company. The firm
is being engaged in developing apps and in their recent times. Report will provide the advantages
for Pine-Apps Ltd in developing their own HR function. It will analyse the Role of performance

From the case study it has been analysed that Pine Apps Ltd company is being engaged in
developing apps and in their recent times, the profit has been increased. Huge level of success is
being enjoyed by company but however in recent times the firm has been started facing severe
internal problems related to communication and labour turnover which has been affecting the
growth of company. However, in order to solve these issues company is also being involved in
making and developing their own human resource functions. As per the view of Eneanya (2018)
human resource management will assist the firm in increasing their profit as well as revenue
which is really necessary for growth of firm. It has also been analysed that Pine Apps is being
engaged in recruiting graduates for the positions which are been vacant in firm. The main
advantage of this HR function is that the IT roles on which people are been working requires
highly skilled employees. The talent is being found in young graduates so company is being
engaged in hiring the young people.
In the opinion of Schleicher and et.al., (2018) the training is one of the most important task
in development of workers, so in Pine Apps Ltd company the training is been done by senior
management. This will assist the company in increasing their productivity and also because of
this they in future will be able to lower down labour turnover in future. This will assist firm in
growing. It has also been analysed from the case study the recruitment and selection is also been
done by senior managers by themselves. This has assisted Pine apps company in hiring those
workers which is been needed by them. Developing their own HR function for recruitment and
selection will support them in making sure that workers who lacks maturity and does not fits the
job is not been hired by them. This will assist organisation in saving costs and also because of
this Pine Apps Ltd company will be able to grow. They will also be able to achieve their set
