INTRODUCTION Talent management can be defined as anticipation of required human capital in an enterprise. It can also be considered to be as firm commitment to develop skilled employees. Talent management can also be referred to as managing the competency, power and ability of workers within a company. This procedure mainly emphasizes on alignment of workforce, Development of competencies among workers so that they could improve their performance at workplace. Performance management system plays a crucial role in effective working of human resource management. There are some authors those who argues that performance management makes significant contribution in driving firm towards success. While scholars argues that role of performance management is to enable workers to give their performance with an organization (Rotolo, Church and Foster, 2018). There are few authors who argues that role of performance management is to assist an enterprise in developing goodwill. In other words, role of performance management is to help firm in increasing its value. In context of given case scenario of Chicken Co., as an organization is facing various issues such as highly dissatisfied employees, poor performance of workers as well as financial performance of firm, etc. Human resource management in an enterprise is required to implement performance management system. As performance management system will assist manager in identifying the root cause of the different business issues, it will also help then in determining an appropriate solution for the same. It has been analyzed from given case that manager in Chicken co ha adopted the autocratic approach and are very much commanding because of which many
of workers in an origination are highly dissatisfied with such attitude of management. As per the behavior theory of leadership, the attitudeand leadership styleadopted by leaders have significant effect on behavior of employees as well as their performance.
