Talent management is a crucial process which also help in business success and growth.
However, there are ample of challenges associated with this practice. Here, these challenges are
related with employment retention, recruitment of qualified employees, motivation and more. In
the middle of this increasing competition, it has become a challenge to hire as well as retain
talented people for longer period of time.
According to Borgogni, (2021), There are several challenges faced during talent
management. Here, it is paramount to prepare suitable strategies in order to meet with those
challenges. Here, motivation, training & development are certain crucial strategies which might

Project management plan
Project management plan is a written document which describes various stages of project
execution and implementation. It is related with preparation of a project management plan in
order to perform different activities as per defined steps for accomplishment of project in timely
manner. Elements of project management plan are stated below:
Cost: Each and every project incurred certain cost thus it is paramount for researchers to
analyze the expanse and cost link with overall process of project(Schuhmacher and et. al., 2020).
With forecasting of cost, it is easy to identify different sources in order to gather necessary
amount for completion of given project. In case of current project, different types of cost are
stated below:
Description Cost
Survey 35£
Equipment for the project 30£
Travel cost 30£
Management cost 55£
Total 150£
Scope: It is an element that reflects scope of research in an efficient manner. Basically, it
shows the present as well as future implications of findings of research. The current research is
about talent management which is going to help organization in increasing profitability in
attaining significant level of growth in future period of time. Apart from this, it will also guide
organization to embark a new journey of success and growth.
Time: This element of project management is associated with requirement of time for
accomplishment of current project (Alam, 2019). In each and every study, there is certain
research activities performed. Here, time is determined for each and every activity after due
consideration. The present study will approximately required 3 months in order to drive positive
outcomes.

Quality: It is important to maintain quality of study throughout the process. For this
purpose, investigator is required to collect the whole data from authentic as well as reliable
sources. Authentic information helps in getting appropriate conclusion. In case of current study,
all the required data and information has been gathered by authentic articles, journals as well as
websites. This authentic information is going to add to value in current research project.
Communication: For effective implementation of study, it is paramount to maintain
proper communication amongst all associated people. In reference of present study, researcher
will use mobiles, emails and other such mediums in order to stay connected with individuals
associated in the project. Communication will help in minimizing amibuguity as well as
confusion among team members.

information. It might hamper confidentiality of respondents. Each and every project is
undertaken with certain objectives (Kravets and et. al., 2019). Hence, there is also risk of failure
in attainment of pre-defined objectives. In context of current study, there is risk related to funds,
lack of communication and more.
Resources: Resources are really important for fulfillment of a research project. Here,
researcher is required to ensure that all the necessary resources are available so that study can be
conducted in an efficient manner (Gorod and et. al., 2019). In context of current research, there is
requirement of several resources like funds, human resources, equipments and more. These all
resources will help in meeting with pre-define research goals.
With above discussion, it is monitored that it is necessary factor of task organization need
to evaluate by project manager which will eventually help in completing project in systematic
and proper way.
Work breakdown structure
Work breakdown structure is a way of task management that is used by organization to
divide the complex project into smaller parts. Main aim of this tool is to complete the project
within stipulated period of time. With the implementation of work break down stricture, it is
possible to assign role and responsibilities to each and every individual associated with project. It

not only helps in minimising the complexity of project but also reduces down the ambiguity
amongst work foods. In addition to this, it also helps in maintaining quality of project throughout
the process (Lee and Yoon, 2019). After bifurcation of whole project, next step is to assign roles
and responsibilities to team members according to their knowledge and skills. By this way,
researcher is able to make maximum utilization of abilities of team members for success of
research project. It further facilities to identify such activities which need to perform for
completion of research project. Here, sequence of activities is determined along with the rules
associated with those activities. For current project work breakdown structure as given below:
Gantt chart: It is a technique which helps researcher in completion of study within pre-
define period of time. It is a tool wherein task and activities are assigned according to the level of
complexity. It also defines deadline as well as responsible person for completion of a particular
task. It helps to ensure that assigned tasks are completed within set deadlines. It is a graphical
tool which helps employees to understand their roles and responsibilities in project in an
effective manner. However, preparing grant chart is a complex process but it is paramount so
that the assigned project can be accomplished in a systematic way.
