This research aims to investigate the role of talent management as a lever for cultural change within Morrison. The objectives are to identify talent management practices, examine their significance, and discern challenges faced. The research methodology includes a positivism philosophy, deductive approach, survey research strategy, quantitative research choice, and cross-sectional time horizon. The data will be collected through a questionnaire from 30 employees of Morrison using random sampling. The research will take 20 weeks to complete.
