To clear this topic ASOS Plc has been taken that is British online fashion and cosmetic retailer. The industry was founded in 2000 in London, where it sells more than 850 brands and ships to 196 countries for the purpose of running their business effectively. LIMITATION OF STUDY The current study is about talent management where research requires to be done for the purpose of developing their knowledge and skills. The limitation of current study is lack of time management, financial resources and getting inaccurate data that might be create the challenge in running their task (Moodley, and Hove, 2018). LITERATURE REVIEW To explore the basic concept of talent management in the role of HR. As per view point ofCross Walker (2020),Talent management containing attraction, selection, and retention of employees at the workplace that supports to run the business. Managing people is the wider concept to understand which used by management for the purpose of running their business and attaining profitability. Talent management is the combination of HR processes, used to influence people, motivates and retaining them for long period of time. This is important for each organization to have human resources as it has authority to identify vacancy and fill it by recruiting skilled and talented people. HR role is most prominent in managing talent as it performs various function like recruitment, formulating HR policy, retaining employees, motivating, compensation, benefits and payroll which are needed to operate a business and accomplish business goals. In relation to ASOS Plc, human resource management plays important role as it analysis vacant position, recruiting employees, and selecting the best people who is able to manage their works and perform it well. Talent management explained as important function of human capital management wherein management recruits the right people, developing strong relationship, formulating policies, and managing each task by gathering data and information for making right business decisions. In each industry, HR perform various functions as it focuses on day to day activities and managing a workflow which can help to run a business and maintain higher productivity. Training and development is the important function which plays by management for the purpose of providing guidance and help to accept the challenges which develop organizational performance. Improvingbusinessperformance–Talentmanagementistheactivityofarranging workforce at the workplace and getting work done timely which can help to improve the organizational performance. In relation to ASOS Plc, HR manager perform their roles and responsibility by understanding goals and contributing in each task. The aim of each business organizationisto improvetheirbusinessperformanceandproductivityby managingall functions and activities. Thus, managing top qualified people is impacting positively which make sure that all functions and activities are properly organised. Motivator –To selecting and retaining employees it is important that their employees will be motivated and satisfied which can help to develop the organizational performance and productivity.
