it is possible to manage the entire workforce efficiently. However, there are several challenges
are faced by the company during implementation of talent management approaches (Pandita and
Ray, 2018). The present study is based on Morrisons that is a prestigious organization of retail
industry. It offers groceries and other general items to the customers. The present study will
cover the role of talent management in managing the human resources within the organization.
Further, the challenges faced by the organization in managing the talent will also cover in the
give study along with the suitable strategies to retain the employees and improving their
performance in the future period of time.

Morrisons is one of the prestigious supermarket chains of UK. It is the fourth largest
