their most talented and skilled employees in the company. Every organization conduct and
considered talent management in order to get more success and growth for the company. Talent
management is a procedure which concerned with retaining of the workers in the company and
also performs several activities of human resources. Talent management process help the
company to develop inspire retain and attract skilled employees towards the company full stop in
the current report it is very e important for the organization because it helps the organization to
identify the effective strategy of talent management in order to get more success in context of
Tesco organization. Tesco is a multinational British organization which is founded in 1990 in
London. The company is dealing with grocery market crockery market and clothing market and
several more in order to get successful stops this report going to the present several Strategies
and methods which are used by the investigator in order to achieve their goals and objectives in a
very appropriate manner.

Tesco is a British multinational organization trading in retail market full stop the headquarter of
Tesco Organization in welwyn garden city England. Organization is founded in 1919 east and of
London by jack Cohen. This is the third largest Organization in the Retail Industry which is
evaluated by the gross revenue of the company. The company trades variety of the products in
order to get more opportunity and success in the Marketplace.

As per the, “(Armstrong and Taylor, 2020)”,The talent management is the process in which the
company is operating and performing several activities which is associated to the hiring and
retaining the skilled employees in the organization. It is associated to the retaining of the
employees and attracting more trained and skilled workers in the company in order to get more
positive outcomes. Talent procedure is very important for the organization in order to get a
personality and achieve their goals and objectives in a very appropriate manner. It also help the
company to get more competitive advantage in a very appropriate manner so that they can
complete with the competitive globe in the very effective manner.
What are the effective strategies in context of talent management which are adopted by
the Tesco company?
According to the, “(Cappelli, and Tavis, 2016)”,There are several factories strategies
which is associated to talent management in order to gain opportunity which are adopted by
the organization for stop the company is conducting several training and development
program in order to increase the skills of the employees so that they can perform in a very
appropriate manner. The organization is also conducting several recruitment methods so that
they can hire more talented and skilled employees in the company in order to get more
positive outcomes. The organization also conducting some appraisal program in order to

motivate the workers towards their first so that they can feel more inspired and appreciated in
order to give their effective efforts
What are the issues or behaviours that are faced by the company in context of talent
management process in Tesco Plc.?
According to the, “(Buchelt, 2018)”, Several issues which are facing by the company
which is associated to the management procedure. Please become much difficult for the
organization to hire and retain more talented people in the company so it is the major issue which
is facing by them. The other issue is high demands of total compensation. As the workers are
continuously feels more pressure is in order to provide well for the organization it decrease their
moral and motivation in order to work effectively. Lake of leadership is the issue which is facing
by the company full stop increased employee turnover which are facing by the talent
management team in the organization.
What are the effective strategy for successful business?
As per the view point of , “(Davis, 2017)”,As there are several strategies in order to get
more success for the business. That is why it is very important for the organization to adopt
talent management because it assists the organization to achieve their goals and objectives in a
very effective and efficient manner. The organization is adopting several strategies that help
them in retaining and attracting new consumer towards the company. As employees are the
major and key component of the company which operate their business in a very appropriate
manner for stocks that this is the main reason that the organization is concentrating on several
strategies so that they can get more success and opportunity for the company.
Project management plan
Project management plan is the procedure which refers to the document in which the
organization are documented every activities and practices which is associated to the
performance of the workers. It supports the company like a road map so that the company
analyse their performance and accomplish their goals and objectives in a very effective manner.
The performance management plan and their activities can be operated by the help of raising the
performance and effectiveness of the workers(Fejfarová, and Urbancová, 2016). It is very
important for the Tesco organization because as their workers strength and capabilities is
amended so it is analyzed that they always try to make a performance management that support
them to identify about the effective performance of the employees. Performance plan
management includes several activities in their structure which are mentioned below:

extent of the research can be used for stop this research is generally concentration on gantt chart
and work breakdown structure in order to divide the work in a small parts so that the workers can
feel better and do their activities in a very appropriate manner.

have accomplished their work .this report going to take 3 to 9 weeks in order to accomplish the
project.

develop performance management plan. Because as it help the organization and investigated to

several effective Strategies and tools like primary and secondary methods qualitative and
quantitative methods in order to maintain the quality of the research.

order to make the research very effective. The resources which are used by the investigator is

very important for the company to you is sure about the risk factors like cost expenses in order to

information.

The organization TESCO is a very large company with sale variety of the product in
order to achieve their goals and objectives and create huge customer base. In order to analyze the
performance of the company that research develop performance management plan so that they
can successfully develop a Gantt chart and work breakdown structure in order to identify and
separate the roles and responsibility of the individual according to their capability.
Gantt chart: it is the equipment which is applied by the organization in order to analyze and
decide the timeline for their report. It is very important for the organization and Research to
complete the project in order to get assistance and help for the organization in order to get
opportunity. Every assign task and project has some deadline in which the individual are
assigned to complete the task in a very appropriate manner. This procedure and assigned time
