tactical strategy (Etoom, 2022). Along with this, talent management also tend to involves and
comprises of set out a combination of HR processes that need to be specifically present within
and across each of the employee life cycle. Therefore, the concept of the Talent management
tend to be important and needed within a firm as it supports as well as encompasses a better and
improved way of the workforce planning along with supporting and leading out of the improved
level of the employee engagement. Beside this, the concept of the talent management also tend to
emphasis and focus on the having the better learning and development of employees along with
supporting the better employee performance management through leading a more systematic
process of recruiting, on boarding together with effective succession and retention strategy
(Latukha and et. al., 2022).

highly needed and important to continuously sharpen the skill and knowledge level of employees
to supports innovative and creative ideas. Along with this, the rising level of the competition
within tourism sector also lead to the rising need and higher importance of talent management
within tourism and hospitality industry to ensure better employee engagement, higher capability
and strength to gain more competitive power in target market (Nasar and et. al., 2022).
