Talent management refers to the accurate procedure which is adapted by the business in
respect of hiring the suitable candidates for the particular post, enhancing their skills at work
place and providing accurate training to expertise their interest (Talent Management -
Opportunities and Challenges, 2020). The main objectives of managing talent in the organization
is results in gaining longer terms benefits in the business. Present research is based upon the
Marriott hotel which is founded in 1957 by J. Willard Marriott. In this report, the research is
conducted by examining its strategies and also best procedure to retain or manage the talent in
the organization.

Introduction
Talent management refers to the accurate procedure which is adapted by the business in
respect of hiring the suitable candidates for the particular post, enhancing their skills at work
place and providing accurate training to expertise their interest (Talent Management -
Opportunities and Challenges, 2020). The main objectives of managing talent in the organization
is results in gaining longer terms benefits in the business. Present research is based upon the
Marriott hotel which is founded in 1957 by J. Willard Marriott. In this report, the research is
conducted by examining its strategies and also best procedure to retain or manage the talent in
the organization.

Scope: The scope of the project is set in respect of completing the project within the set time
period. The data which is gathered must be from relevant sources and thus, the information must
be authentic and useful for the other researcher.
Risk: In this, the risk which is examined is relating to lack of time management. Also, it is stated
that few places are restricted by the business, thus not complete data is gathered which is fixed
from the particular places (Heravi and Mohammadian, 2019).
Duration: It is related to the time duration which is set to complete the projects within the
particular time period. In this aspects, the time limit which is set is for 12 weeks for the
completion of entire project.
Cost: To complete the project, it is necessary to set the particular cost such as in this project, the
cost which is fixed is £350.
Quality: In respect of maintaining quality of the research, it is to be carried in respect of
coordinating with the tutor once the task is completed. So that accurate guidance is given and
also changes must be made within the stipulated time period.
Resources: To complete the research various resources are required such as stationary, electronic
equipment, transportation etc.
Communication: it is another important aspects of project as effective communication is to be
undertaken so that accrete detail and views are convey and also relevant information is to be

of the need of employees is very important so that they will be satisfied and will work in more

talent management strategies for the company. Hence, the major recommendation for the
company is as follows-
The major recommendation is that the company must allot the work to the employees in
accordance with the talent and capabilities of the employee. This is majorly because of the fact
that if the work will be allotted to the person according to their capacity then they will work in
effective manner.
Another major recommendation for company is to provide for time to time feedback to
