Aim: To identify effective talent management strategies for successful
organizations. A Case study of Tesco Plc.
Objectives:
 To understand the concept and importance of talent management.
 To analyse the different effective talent management strategies uses by Tesco
for their organization success.
 To determine the challenges faced by HR manager while implementing
talent management strategy.
 To recommend actions that help the HR manager to solve the challenges
regarding TM strategy implementation.
