INTRODUCTION
Talent management is referred as the methodically arranged and organised strategic
procedure of getting the right number of talent onboard (Ahammad and et. al., 2018). This also
focuses on assisting employees to grow up to their optimal capabilities keeping objectives of a
company in mind (Chung and D’Annunzio-Green, 2018). The chosen SME for the current
research is Azio Corporation. The company manufactures and designs computer and electronic
peripherals. The company size is 11-50 employees.

Literature Review
It is the section that holds great importance in the whole research because it covers major
information about topic of the study (Kaliannan, Abraham and Ponnusamy, 2016). In this
information is gathered through secondary sources such as journals, articles, newspapers, books,
magazines etc.
What are the different talent management strategies and their impact on the business
performance of Azio Corporation?
According to Abdullah and Abubakar (2017), talent management is defined as the
process of anticipating needed human capital for a company and the proper planning for meeting
those requirements. Azio Corporation also focuses on managing their employees although it does

not have more than 50 employees but talent management strategies are important. The process of
talent management focuses on every aspect of human resource development so that organisation
as well as employees could accomplish their work goals. Some of the major objectives of talent
management process within Azio Corporation are given below:
Recruiting best talent: The process of talent management starts the hiring and
recruitment procedure. In this stage, Azio Corporation approaches and invites people to join the
as per the needs of company.
Retention of employees: The other objective of talent management process is retaining
their existing best employees so that they do not move to competitor’s company. This depends
upon Azio Corporation’s job specification, designation, pack package etc.
Career planning: In this the talent management process of Azio Corporation plan the
career of their employees so that employee could feel rewarded. It is the best way to recognise
efforts of employees to retain them for longer duration.
According to Jooss, Burbach and Ruël (2021), a company adopts different types of
strategies as per their strength of employees. Azio Corporation also has some talent management
strategies that are explained below:
Work-life balance: Azio Corporation focuses on providing flexibility to employees so
that they can manage their personal as well as professional life. This motivates and encourages
employees to achieve their company’s goals.
Learning and development sessions: The other strategy of talent management of Azio
Corporation is arranging learning and development sessions. In this employees are taught about
new skills so that they could do their work with more efficiency.
Employee engagement: Another talent management strategy of Azio Corporation is
employee engagement. The corporation gives opportunity to employees so that they could give
their ideas and contribute in the success of a company.
According to Kravariti and et. al., (2021), the impact of talent process on business
performance is positive because it focuses on improving the experience of employees. This
directly impacts the client and customer satisfaction. Basically the talent management strategies
prepare employees to attain the strategic goals of business which ultimately increases customer
satisfaction and business performance. The process of talent management shows that employees
