Introduction
Talent management is the process which help the company for analysing and growing the
employee's productivity to make development in the company. This is the responsibility of the
employees for gaining and managing the time period for the of effective strategies to retain their
talented employees and make growth in the local small scale industry (Anwar and Abdullah,
2021). The chosen company for the project is DBL Logistic, is a local, family owned transport
company and known for the bets pallet delivery services in UK. The company started in 1982 by
Berk and Linda Clerk son and start delivering the goods in the North England. The need of the
research is to find the effective strategies used by the chosen company to retain their employees
and make growth in the talent management sources.

Research Aim and Objectives
Aim: ā€œTo identify the impact of effective talent management strategies in order to retain talented
people in small scale sector. A case study on DBL Logistic.ā€
Objectives:
ļ‚· To understand the meaning of talent management strategies within the organisation.
ļ‚· To evaluate different strategies used by the DBL Logistic in order to manage their
talented employee.
ļ‚· To determine the effect of talent management on the performance of the organisation's
employees at their workplace.
Project Planning
Project management plan is related to include effective formal information about the
research activities, cost, resources, communication process and make effective manpower for
using effective and efficient manner.
Scope: The main scope for the project is to identify the different techniques to make
effective talent management in the small-scale sector. The importance and growth of the project
are the important factors that is needed to be included in project (Başaran, 2021). This study help
in developing effective understanding and make talent management practices for the use of
effective employees and retain them for the longer period of time.

Timescales: In order to complete this project the time taken is nearly 9 weeks. As this
make the complete analysis and evaluation of the project and achieve all the targets as per the
growth of the company. With the help of effective timescales the researcher are able to complete
targets and make an effective format fro the small-scale research (Cerdin and et.al., 2021).
Cost: The cost is the section which involve and make growth in project management and
complete the project in Ā£500. This cost include the overall structure and process of the research
which is started from evaluation, achieving objective, conducting primary and secondary
research and drawing conclusion.

effective practices and achieve the objective in an authenticate sectors. There are different ways

Communication: This is the process which help the researcher for assessing the timeline
and achieve all project outcome in an effective manner. With the help of effective
communication practices with students, respondents, teacher, tutor and company's employees
make a systematic and effective response for the research outcome (Crowley-Henry, O'Connor
and Suarez-Bilbao, 2021).
Risk associated: Going through with the project, there are different risk which are
identified during the completion of the project. One of the major risk is to make survey and
implemented that in an appropriate manner. Further, facing the issue of ineffective strategies and

completing log book on time is difficult task. These risks can be removed through the process

Resources: The needed resources for the project are mainly related to financial and
human resources that are needed to be complete and make objectives in an appropriate manner.
The use of above mentioned resources are the need for completing project on time and achieve
desirable objective in an effective time period (Furnham, 2021).

Meaning of talent management strategies within the organisation
As per the view of Whitter, (2021); Talent management is the practice which is related to
work and make methodologies and make organised review for the process to use the right talent
recruitment and make optimal capabilities for the process to achieve objectives in the company.
This is the process which is helpful for considering talent management gap and filled up the
vacant places in the organisation with right person skills. With the help of effective talent
management companies, most of the people are related to achieve retaining, motivating and
analysing the process for achieving the long term objective of the chosen business in logistic
company (Latukha and et.al., 2021). There is the systematic process which are used by the
company to recruit the staff and achieve targets of the company. This process include the
planning, attracting the respondents, selecting the right candidate, development of their skills,

individual for the growth of the employee in different manner.
Strategies used by the DBL Logistic in order to manage their talented employee
According to Yazdani, (2021); There are different strategies which are used by the DBL
logistic company and make a systematic growth in managing their employees for the longer
period of time. The use of Align talent is the strategy used by the company for developing
business objective and make effective process in training and development process. Another way
is to perform the employees review and manage the growth for analysing objective for the
growth and work environment to analyse standard and mange effective expectation in the
company. Further, company tries for recognize their top employees, make them feel satisfied and
provide them and other the effective management courses. That help the company to achieve
objectives and applied high competitive spirit in the logistic industry.
Effect of talent management on the performance of the organisation's employees at their
workplace
As per the view of Wang, (2021); The employees of the company are feel motivated and
make effective growth in their workplaces. DBL Logistic is the company's management team are
able to analyse and make effective growth by applying the right talent management for
addressing issues and make high spirit in the competitive market. That actually help the company
for the growth and make organised review in managing techniques and make sure for using
effective techniques in order to understand the place and make different practices for the use of
talent management sources (Liu and et.al., 2021).
Research methodologies
There are mainly two type research method which used for conducting effective
techniques, that include qualitative and quantitative method. All is related to work and make
