This study analyzes the responses of 20 participants on the benefits of talent management for organizations, the role of line managers in managing talent, and the current strategies used by organizations to manage internal talent. The study finds that talent management strategies have a positive impact on employee performance and retention, and that line managers and leaders play a crucial role in talent management. The study also identifies specific strategies used by organizations, such as training and development opportunities, performance appraisals, succession planning, and transformational leadership.
