The research aim is to analyze the various talent-management strategies that can be adopted by Sainsbury for the purpose of attracting and retaining employees. The research objectives are to understand the basic concept of talent-management in Sainsbury, evaluate various challenges arising for Sainsbury & TESCO in implementation of talent-management strategies, and formulate talent-management strategies that are to be used by Sainsbury and TESCO to retain employees.
