INTRODUCTION
Managing a successful business plan is a process in which business organisation undertake
in the evaluation of planning organising directing and controlling various business activities to
fulfil business goals in successful way (Alharbi and Javed, 2021). Talent management is an
essential aspect or organisation through which they can manage workforce in an effective
manner. Talent management aid organisation to fulfil organisational objectives aim and
objectives while managing employee’s performance and their motivation level simultaneously.
This report is conducted on SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd. Which is performing its business
services in United Kingdom. Report is conducted on the use of best talent management strategies
through which organisation can retain and attract people. For this aim, objectives and questions
has been framed in terms of selected company. Report further includes project plan, work
breakdown structure, Gantt chart, data analysis, recommendation and reflection.

P2 Project management plan
Cost:
Overall amount that project manager undertakes to fulfil project objectives. In terms with
present research, researcher set appropriate budget to cover all activities cost in order to conduct
process without facing the issue of over expense.
Time:
To fulfil present research objectives, investigator need 2 months of time duration to
execute all project activities in proper time frame.
Scope:
Present research is having wider scope as it includes talent management strategies to
retain employees that will benefit company for long run.
Communication:
To execute all research activities effectively researcher will undertake use of proper
communication tools like texts, emails etc to provide essential information’s to team mates
adequately.

Risk:
There are certain risks that investigator can face in the process of research execution,
these risks can be in terms of time management (Anand and Cato, 2021). This can be overcome
with the help of managing time with the help of tools like Gantt chart.
Resources-
In order to fulfil present research objectives there are certain resources such as human
resource, organisation assets and finance needed to accomplish objectives effectively.
Quality:
To maintain project quality, researcher will maintain all ethical standards and will adhere
to the principles of accountability and transparency.

Gantt chart:
It is basically a graphical representation which is inclusive of series of horizontal lines. It
states project schedule (Meister and Willyerd, 2021). To fulfil present research objectives
researcher, use this tool to graphically plan, coordinate and track project deliverables.
Work breakdown structure: -

This tool divides project different tasks into sub-groups in order to accomplish all
activities in proper time frame (Pelletier-Bosshard, 2021). With the help of this tool researcher
break down project complex components into manageable parts to fulfil them effectively.
