Requirement of talent management for the overall development of the large
organization
According to Mona Momtazian ( 2020), revealed that some of the specific reasons
considered by the organization to invest in the time management like attract top talent,
constant coverage of the specific goals, improve the employee performance level, retain
top talent, engage the employ, enhance the business performance, high level of client
satisfaction. The approach of talent management is important because it can maintain
each and every working operational activities so that companies can appropriately track
and measure the performance level of their workforce (Thunnissen, 2016).Manager of
the organization can adopt talent management model and practices each and every
steps of talent management model such as planning, attracting, developing, retaining
and also transitioning. With the help of talent management, HR manager can
appropriately conductor strategic planning and management process in order to attract
the top talent so that employees can develop their skills & retain in the organization for
longer period of time. In this model the last stage that is transition which involves some
specific activities such as succession, retirement, exit interview, internal mobility and
knowledge management. Manager can take care about of all these steps so that
manager can take care about the perception of the employees and formal letter starting
according to this. In context of large organization, time management approach is useful
to improve the profitability rate and make their market situation stronger (McDonnell and
et. al., 2017). Talent management approach is useful to attract the top talent so that
company can recruit high potential candidates and provide them at repair training
sessions to build their core competencies.

Appropriate strategies of talent management for the growth of the Marks and

According to Hannah Malmstrom, ( 2021), define that there are various and
appropriate and management strategies which can improve the growth level of the
organization so that company can appropriately evolve their business operations and
gain long term sustainability rate and stronger market position. There are various types
of time management strategies discussed which can improve the employability skills of
the key participating members of the small company (Borisova and et. al., 2017). Some
appropriate strategies which are improve the performance & efficiency level of the
organization like action of employees training tools, standardization of talent review and
also maintaining the on boarding process, track and measure the performance level of
the employees, provide constant feedback and also review the performance of the
employees, appreciate the top talent, Increase motivational level of employees, Give
career development path, establishment of appropriate organizational goals and
objective. All these talent management strategies are playing an integral part in the
overall development of the organization so that all the employees can effectively evolve
their core competencies and improve their productivity level in order to fulfill their
requirement of organizational objective (Elegbe, 2016). Apart from these strategies,
Promote monitoring & culture competencies are also considered as the effective and
most appropriate strategies of the talent management which large organization can
utilize to achieve most possible results.
Advantages of talent management strategies in order to improve the productivity

According to Marc Holliday , ( 2021), explained that there are various advantage of
the talent management which company can get if company can properly implement all
the talent management Strategies and practices in an appropriate way. With the help of
this study, some specific benefits are discussed which need to understand by your
organization so that organization make serious in order to adopt all the practices of the
talent management strategies in an appropriate. Some specific advantages of talent
management strategies which are useful to improve the growth rate of the organization

such as better recruitment, improve diversity, equality and & inclusion, improve
employee engagement, minimize attrition and effective succession planning. All the
types of benefits are considered by the companies (Barzantn and Clapp-Smith, 2021).This
study also explain various types of benefits in context of employees like better on
boarding experience, lots of opportunities of training and re-skills, provide career
advancement, improve the performance management of the workforce and developed
various level of the employees. All these benefits are useful to improve the overall
effectiveness of the company so that company can enhance their market and improve
their customer’s base (Khoreva, Vaiman and Van Zalk, 2017). Through constant
implementation of the talent management strategies, the entire workforce can actively
participate in their working task and also provide their best efforts to achieve the
business objectives and improve the performance level of the company.
