Reflection
In this talent management research , I have effectively attempt all the task and

have generalized specific factors about this research and also improve my knowledge
and understanding about the importance of talent management and effectiveness of

research knowledge like data analysis and implementation of the data collection
methods. Through this project , I have analyzed that I am interested in research work so
if I will get change of research in future then I will be very grateful for that.
