INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the important practices of organization which used to develop the
organizational productiveness and profits. The meaning of managing people is influencing, and
retaining people at the workplace by offering good products and services. Strategies to managing
people became important to be use for an industry as it retains people and maintain higher
performance (Hongal, and Kinange, 2020). The report is based on Tesla that is larger auto mobile
manufacturer offering different kind of model with the help of its skilled people. The organization is
facing issue of increasing employee turnover due to lack focused on retaining strategies and
motivation. The researcher's aims to conduct research and analysis strategies which can be used to
develop organizational performance. It is suggested to selected organization to make the use of board
training and performance management for the purpose of retaining people.
STEP-1: PROJECT PLANNING
Scope:
The current project is all about talent management strategies which used by
organization for the purpose of developing their business performance and maintain higher
productivity. To attract and retain people is major task for companies which is performing by
talent management by satisfying people. The scope of current project is wider as it develop
understanding about importance of talent management and states strategies that used by
company to develop productivity.
Resources: In current research, resources are books, articles, newspapers and many
more which is used to conduct research. These resources are helpful in accomplishing
aims and objectives within research project.
Risk: Risk is defined as such element cannot be predict and may face anytime. In
relation to current research, researcher faces lack of finance, sources, and changing
behaviour of people that create challenge to complete research.
Time: Time is important aspects that complete activities in certain period of time.
Investigator has planned various activities that would be complete timely.
Milestones:
The project covers different phases such as conducting research, gathering data,
analysis, and findings that gives relevant results in relation to particular topic.

Initiation, planning and execution:
The project in relation to talent management strategies will contain introduction, aims
and objectives that connected to planning. Literature review, and research methodology
relates to execution that can help to complete the research and attaining positive outcomes.
This also helps to manage the business activities and performance to develop understandings
and manage productivity.
Aim : “To analyse the impact of talent strategies on retaining and attracting of talented
workforce for longer duration”. A study on Tesla.
Objectives:
To state the concept of talent management strategies within business environment.
To determine various talent strategies used at Tesla to retain employees for longer
duration.
To determine the impact of talent management strategies on retaining and attracting
talented workforce at Tesla.
Research questions:
What is the basic framework of talent management strategies within business
environment?
What are the talent strategies that can be used by Tesla for retaining of employees for
longer duration of time?
What is the impact of talent management strategies used within Tesla in order to
retain and attract employees for long period?

Gantt chart is bar chart which used by researcher to analysis the information and receiving
positive outcomes. This can help to schedule the activities into smaller section and develop
understanding.

To operate a business and retaining people there is need to focus on strategies such as
motivation, training & development, leadership, and comfortable environment that suits
employees and fill needs of employees. This can help to increase organizational productivity
and performance (Mensah, 2019).
