Research topic: What talent strategies do the best companies use to attract
and retain people?
INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the process of developing and enhancing employees and attracting
them towards the brand. It is dealing with the most important resources which is employees in
the organisation (Alaghbari, Sultanii, and Al-Yousfi, 2021). This helps the employees in
developments and increasing their effectiveness as well. Certain talent management strategies
like growth opportunities, training and development, rewards and recognition could enhance
employee motivation and they work more effectively. The organisation selected is Google. This
report includes project aims and objectives. Literature review, secondary and primary research is
done further. Then it includes data analysis and recommendation at last.
Aim
“To study the effectiveness of different types of talent management strategies used within
the organisation with the motive of attracting and retaining best employees.” A study on Google.
Objectives
To identify the importance of talent management strategies in improving business
performance within Google
To determine the various talent strategies considered by Google to fascinate and hold best
staff within the workplace
To highpoint the challenges that are played by executives of Google while emerging
plans of talent management in the office.

Project management plan
The project management plan is the most important plan which is to be made by investigator
in order to achieve their aims and objectives (Asgharnia, and et.al., 2021). It involves various
stages starting with initiation stage, monitoring, planning and at last controlling. Some of the
components of project plan is discussed below:
Cost: cost is linked with the amount which is invested in to complete this research
project. In this given research, the researcher is spending £450 on primary research and
£150 on secondary research. So, it is most important to made a budget plan in order to
carry out the research.
Scope: the scope of this report is formative which is related to mission, function and the
delivery. This project aims on talent management strategies used in the organisation for
development of employee’s enhancement. This helps the organisation in retaining and
development of employees for long time.
Time: the time invested in conducting this research is about 13 weeks. As the
investigator is using Gantt chart and WBS in order to complete this project research on
time.
Quality: the quality is maintained by researcher while collecting data and information.
The primary and secondary research is collected through literature review and books and
journals and questionnaire survey. Which is being filled by 20 respondents as well.
Communication: in this research, both verbal and written communication is used by
researcher in collecting data and information (Basuki, and Ferdinandus, 2021). This helps
in collecting reliable information.
Risk: risk which is faced is risks of accurate information, lack of financial resources
could be faced by investigators in this research.
Resources: the resources used in this research is pen, paper and time and responses.
