Particular Description
Scope The scope of this project is to determine the talent management
practices used by organisation to retain their staff members for
longer duration. A study on Google. Talent management strategies
helps the employees in working more effectively and retaining them
for long time (ARDIATAMA, 2021). This results in reducing
employee turnover ratio of an organisation. The scope of this
research is much wider which results in enhancing organisational
productivity and employees productivity as well. Further, talent
management results in helping small start-ups to maintain positive
environment in business environment.
Cost It is the most crucial element of project plan as it is the cost or value
which is needed for completion of this project. For conducting
research, it is important to have enough funds with organisation.
They should manage all activities according to the cost decided. In
this particular research, researcher is using appropriate budget for
allocating their resources. The amount which is needed for
completion of this project is about £800 and carrying out all the
activities (Nixon, Mayo, and Koo, 2021). And completion this
project as well.
Time Time is the another aspect which is coming in project plan. It is the
time which is needed for completion of this project. It is important
to make a schedule for each activity which is occurring within
research. The time invested in this particular study is about 8
weeks. There is a use of WBS and Gantt chart in order to make a
schedule of a given project so that its aims and objectives can be
achieved successfully within definite period.
