of Gantt chart, interpretation and analysis of the topic through the questionnaire being framed
(Komal and et.al., 2020). Aims and objectives are framed which helps in making the topic more
clear and precise of what project is to be done for the topic and what are the details which are to
be mentioned accurate and providing the precise information. The scope of the project also
includes the research questions which are framed and formulated with help of the objective being
made. Evaluation of the basic aspects of what the project includes is main thing which is
necessary and important for the project which is being done and to result effectively and
efficiently. Therefore, the scope creates the value for the project which helps in knowing the
importance of retaining and attracting the talent from the organization for the topic being taken.

Talent management initiatives of Zara are towards enhancing the employee development
and their performances which helps the organization in placing right employee at right place and
this creates the value through which the organization is concerned with having the scale of
providing the employees of the organization better working environment so that they are
encouraged to work more and this helps in developing the business scale through the aspects of
growth and development (Duoyan, 2021). Zara focuses on the employee development which

initiates to provide the work culture and this helps in providing the scale through which all the
perspectives of how the organization is taking concern of delivering the best of their performance
within and outside the organization. Thus, Zara proves to be best in following the strategy which
concerns the employees of the organization.
Talent management initiatives by H&M concerns the activities which are taken place at
the very core of the organization formation and this helps the employees of organization to
follow the scale through which all the perspectives of knowing what is the base through which
all the factors play an important role in initiating basis of the operations and the strategies which
are framed for the activities at large scale (Huaranga, 2020). This is major cause through which
all the major cause of how the organization functions is taken into consideration are known at

Reflection – From the above project report I learned many things. This helped me in knowing

faced during the formation of this project is framing the objectives and questionnaire which also
later on helped me in inventing my thinking ability. With the help of this aspect, I learned to
manage time which helped me in knowing that all the factors which are essential in promoting
the scale of how the projects are framed are known at large scale. The objectives were also
framed by me who created value for the project and on that basis the topic was described in
detail (Turner, 2018). I also framed the themes which included the graphs and described the
interpretation for that graph. The project also helped me in developing the Gantt chart which
included the activities and tasks including the basis of how effective the topic is known. Making
the Gantt chart made difficulties but eventually it was framed and developed in appropriate
manner which included all the activities and the topics which are in key considerations.
Therefore, while making this project I realized that I learned many things and this helped in
knowing and evaluating the essential aspects of project (Hamilton and et.al., 2019). And this
made the initiative of developing the project in effective and efficient manner and this helped in
overall framing the project.
