To be successful in business management, there is need to
have good communication skills and management skills which
can be used to develop the business performance. Managing a
project and task should be involving strategy, ideas, activities,
techniques, and skills that supports to meet project objectives.
Talent management is the continuous process of recruiting, and
selecting the talented people by using own skills and abilities
that supports to develop the organizational performance.
