use to attract and retain people?
1 – Project planning
Scope:
It is another thing that is present in the project management plan which explain about
the scope of project. Likewise, in order to conduct study related to “talent management
strategies’ the scope is wide as it include all areas or accepts such as how the organisation
manage talents, practice used by HR to manage people and many more. The company has
planned to start an project of “ Better Workforce Management campaign” to manage the
talented employees in the firm. Therefore, the project will be completed within a time frame
of 3-4 month for enjoying more benefits (Pérez‐Sanagustín and et.al,, 2021).
Milestones
In order to complete the project ofBetter Workforce Managementthere are range of
activities such as planning, organizing, execution, controlling, monitoring and closure are
being performed by the project manager. The milestones of each activity has been clearly set
by the project manager so that all efforts can be lead to complete the task in most effective
manner for better outcome and achievement of end goals (Santoso and et.al, 2021). Key
milestones related to Better Workforce Management is represented through making use of
Gantt chart such as
Initiation, planning and execution
Initiation: In the initial stage the in which manager has visualized what are the issue that are
face by the company so that alternative actions can be plan to overcome or eradicate the
same. So, at this stage it defined the scope of project, associated stakeholders, key objective
and many other crucial information pertaining to the project that can be helpful in project
planning and accomplishment of end goals (Helms, 2021).
Planning: This is stage in which the project manager will plan key activities that need to be
performed, total number of financial, human and other resources that will be required by

company to complete the project. Furthermore, in this stage activities are schedule, cost or
budget are prepared as well as identification of risk and method to eradicate the same.
Execution: It is the third stage in which the project will execute through delegating the task
and responsibilities that need to be completed by each and every individual in the project.
Human and financial resources are organized and coordinated so that they can be optimum
utilized for implementation of project and accumulating sufficient information (Paudel,
2021). So, is a stage in which the project is actually made as per the requirement related to
retaining talented employees in the organization.
Monitoring and controlling: In this stage the project manager monitor each and every
activity that is performed by different individuals working in the project. So, that they can
identify particular error or mistake found in project and plan set of action that can be used to
overcome for better outcome (Griffin, 2021). Likewise, information technology will be used
to have sufficient information pertaining to the progress made in the project.
Closure: It is last stage of project management in which the project is close by providing all
necessary information related to the project completion to the client or interested people.
Along with it the stakeholders are also informed that the project is being closed with
attainment of objective of retention of employees in the company for long term.
