Introduction
Business environment is inclusive of number of elements that can affect organization
decision making and their growth. In this it is important for a company to understand the concept
of organizational culture in order to embrace positive culture and structure (Belias and
Koustelios, 2014). This will help to not only deal with increasing competition but also allow
organization to retain skilled and talented employees for longer period of time. Organization
culture is inclusive of values, beliefs, perception and behaviour which need to be followed by
employees as to execute their roles and responsibility. The present research conducted on the
role of talent in transforming organization culture and structure of the UK consultancy industry
to conduct search alpha limited is being selected by investigators.
Project management life cycle
Project initiation & conception:

undertake use of understanding consumer and stakeholders requirement and further implement
