1. Introduction
The following assignment is made as a final project report on the project of “Formation
of Target Stores in UK” for forming the implication of the efficient and improved functional
formation. The use of the consolidated project management processes would be assisting for
supplying the affirmative inclusion of the functions and defining the implementation of the
factors defining the formation of the efficient function formation. The completion of the
activities would be implied for management of the processes and defining the usefulness of the
successful integration formation (Turner, 2014). The usefulness of the factors would be assisting
for supporting the formation of the improved project integration management. The completion of
the project would result in formation of target stores in UK and successfully implication of the
formation strategy. The completion of the activities would be dependent on the formation of the
improved functional and efficient formation model. The usefulness would be based on the
simplification of the factors defining the usefulness of the improved functional and formation
functions.
2. Literature review
According to Kerzner and Kerzner (2017), the project management forms a major
influence for the implication of the efficient formation process. The usefulness of the factors
aligning the simple formation model would be assisting for improving the formation and

be assisting for supplying the affirmative inclusion of the functions and defining the

management of the risk. There are numerous factors that can form the impact on the successful
completion of the project. The use of the efficient risk management processes would be assisting
for easing the processes of the formation model for aligning the simple usefulness of the
functions. As opined by Hiekata et al. (2016), the agile methodology is also very assisting for

functions would be successful with the help of iterative model of project progress. The iterative

3. Business Case
The target stores formation in UK has been the primary motive of the formation in the
project. The target stores allow the organization for promoting their products for a specific class
division of people. For example- the stationary and other items have been targeted for the
schools and office uses. The target stores sell some commodities for an individual group of
people belonging to same class (either in terms of work, liking, or culture). It allows the

The project of Formation of Target Stores in UK is formed simplifying the formation of
the improved functional and formation options. The objectives of the project include,

5. Performance Management/Quality Management
The quality management is one of the most crucial factors aligning the simplified

construction project activities. The new stores would be developed using the principles of the
construction engineering whereas the new equipments and their installation would be executed
by the help of technology development process. The complete project was divided into 4 phases
of Initialization, Planning, Execution, and Closure. The activities involved in these phases have
been listed below,

plan is made, activity listing is done, scheduling the activities, and complete plan is developed
are the activities involved in the project. The plan review is the milestone of the project phase.
Execution: It is the third phase of the Development of Target Stores in UK project and it
comprise of executing the activities of the project plan. The strategy development, infrastructure
development, technology development, installation of new equipments, facility development,
inspection of the new location, and safety and procurement are the activities involved in the
project. The completed is the milestone of the project phase.
Closure: It is the last phase of the Development of Target Stores in UK project and it
comprise of final closure by forming the report on the executed activities of the project plan. The
final report is made and report submission is the activities involved in the project. The sign off is

9.1 Project Constraints
