There are different types of organization such public and private
sector organization which are established for different
purpose and objectives.
 Public company is owned by government and all its
function is also managed by them. On the other hand
private company is generally run b y private ownership,
there is not any type of interfere of government.
 Objective of public organization is to focus on growth and
development of economy and to provide employment
opportunities developing the backward section. This type of
organization not controlled by government sectors.

well being of people.
 As compare to it private sector have some objectives such as
it carry out its business for earning profit and for capturing
market share.
 Along with this. Private companies run by with the help of
funds which are collected through different investor and
shareholders.

innovative product so that it can survive in competitive
market.
