Task 1: System Request and System RequirementsSystem Request:As Zayed university administration, we are facing a problem that leads students to always bedelayed to classes with gates that are far away and not enough transparency and room for parking on the campus. 1.The current system is unknown and leaves students wasting time looking for a parking space which leads to them being late. 2.Marked absent because they were searching for a parking spot which can take time. 3.Going from one gate to another to find a spot. 4.Being late for the class and missing important information.We are initiating a system request that improves the overall option 2 vertical. Our solution is to use sensors on the parking spots and link it to an application to inform students on their phones and show them which gate has parking available so the students don’t waste time searching for a spot leading them to be late because we have a big campus and going from one gate to another might take 7 plus minutes. And the students won’t feel the need to parkillegally leading them to be fined And we found a solution, which is to use a sensor like the one in the malls, to use another gate and to not be late for the classes. We use a special app for Zayed University students asit gives us empty parking.Business Requirements:The new parking system must meet our business requirements as well as meet the user requirements. Further the new system will also help us to remove existing system problems.●The new system will improve students learning quality as students attend their classes on time.●It will reduce cost by using the space as much as possible and not spending on more parking lots. ●The new system will avoid students wasting time and getting to their class earlier●It will avoid students getting fined for parking illegally.User Requirements:Following user of the system are the stakeholder of this project and all the stakeholders want that the new system must meet their requirements. Listed stakeholder and their requirement are based on then interviews conducted to understand the requirements of each user.Students:●Students of the Zayed university would be able to find the parking space by using thenew systemwith no hassle
