Analytical Review of a Contemporary
Transitional Factor

Introduction
 Nurses are those people who are trained to care for sick persons in a
care or hospitals. Nurses are experiencing higher workloads due to the
number of factors which is having negative impact on the job
performance and care level of patient.
 Present report involves certain personal and professional strategies
through which this factor can be overcome in effective manner.

 I am carrying my role as new graduate nurse and performing nursing role in
the first year of practice. Being a nurse there are a number of roles and
responsibility which is essential to be performed transfer guideline of
healthcare management, in order to provide quality care to patients.
