provided by the organization
for the backup of adults in
residential home care.
In the opinion of Dam et al.
(2016, p.123), the residential
home care is a place where
unique number of adults or in
other word, a group of adults
are living with a home like
environment. A trained group
of member of the organisation
which is running the center is
dealing with their all need, not
only the basic need but also
giving the emotional and
mental support also. As a
manager of Signature, which is
renowned organisation in UK,
believes that it become

Signature in a better way. The
family member has to be more
active toward the need of adult
of residential home center.

affected by dementia.
In the opinion of Van et al.
