Introduction
The current report is based on case study of
Nadiya that is 16 and she has been in and out of
care since she was 10. This states how this face
the problem after death of her mother.

Systems theory that will be applied to evaluate Nadiya in relation
to her sister Maryam
System theory is consider as interdisciplinary study
of systems that are cohesive group of
interrelated, interdependent parts. This theory is
can be natural or human made. The system is
bounded by space and time, influenced by
environment. In other words, system theory can
be defined as structure, purpose, and expressed
through its functioning. When it is applied to
health and social care, system theory is a practice
which enables professionals to look holistically
at customer's condition.

environment. It is vulnerable to change in its
environment.

Identifying the interaction between Nadiya and her
environment
By using the system approach human interacted more
and more with new technology, process and
system that should be use in maintaining human
behaviour. The person should have proper
knowledge and skills to solve problems after
finding this. If people is having good behaviour
then it will be easy to handle the complexities or
typical situation. This has created the problems is
running a life and increase the stress level.

Knowledge and understanding of different systems

The system approach is considered as general and specialised system that can help to perform
effective roles at the workplace. Nadiya's father should sent her meditation centre and try to
make feel good by understanding problem and providing good solution. In relation to health
and social care strategic, human, proactive, and management is defined as system theories
which are uses by management as per situation that can help to get the proper solution and
manage the each task effectively. This also helps to adopt the changes which are important
to handle task and managing the activities. Every person should be use the system approach
as it can help to improve the condition and attaining the future goals.

CONCLUSION
From the given case study it has been concluded that system theory is powerful method
for description of homoeostatic system that can be used to find out the problem and
managing all activities. This case study is based on relationship which can be improve
by using system approach as it also helps to improve the complexities which faced by
Nadiya. Every person should analysis the problem and then bring out optimum
solution which can help to make feel good and comfortable.
