This, text or story is basically written in a narrative form which
tells us a story about a frog name Guulaangga. The story is
basically based in the smartness and intelligence kevel of this
frog who effectively safe guard and protects its life during a
storm in night.
The narrative form of writing comprises of a narrative or story
telling a way of presenting connected events which aim at
focuses on telling a good story. Thus, a narrative writing unites
and aim at distinct events by concept, idea, or plot and the

contain a beginning, middle, and an end.
The main stages and phases of the narrative way of writing are
provided and disused as below:
Orientation- it forms out to be the first stage and preliminary
phases of the story which aim at introducing the main
characters and sets of time and place which forms the part of

the story and act as main characterizes of that. With respect to
current selected fiction text, the main character that has been
introduced in the orientation section comprises of information
about the green Frog who named Guulaangga which lives in the
banana tree along with the introduction of children who came
to farm.
Complication- it forms the second stage which comprises the
information about the initial problem or something in which the
story is based. With respect to current text, the coming of a
storm and thunder is taken as the initial problem and
complication that are faced by the frog and the children in the
night.
Series of events- after the introduction of the character and
providing information about main issue and problem that next
step of narrative writing is coming up with the series of the
events that took place and forms the part of story. It is the
section on the which the main resolution and code and moral of
the story depends which comprises of the event that happened
during the course of the story. With respect to current selected
text, the series of event comprises of arrival of children to see
the frog, taking bath of frog, loudly croaking of the Guulaangga,
coming of storm and thunder and many more.
Resolution- the next step of narrative writing comprises of
telling about the resolution and about the ways through which
the faced problem and complication has been sorted. With
respect to current selected text the issue that was faced by the
frog who is the main character of current study is the storm and
hinder in the night that makes all terrified that the frog might
have died because of that storm. But on the contrary, the frog

gets saved by application of its smartness and intelligence by
hiding and residing at under the pipe and not inside down the
pipe which saves the frog from drowning.
Coda/ Moral- this forms out to be the last part of a narrative
writing which focus and tells about the morale of the story and
also describes the new and better way of understanding. The
current text provides a vital morale for the students as this text
has been reflected about the smartness and intelligence of the
frog who had taken right decision at right time to get protracted
from thunder and lightning by the way of hiding down the pipe
not inside the pipe during the storm which saves from getting
drowned.

SOCIAL PURPOSE of this type
of text within the culture
The social purpose and main intend of this type of text
within the culture and especially for the primary schooling is
to motivate them towards good habits and improved life by
the way of teaching good values. Apart from this, telling
moral stories like the selected text is also vital in creating a
sense of culture, history, and personal identity in the
students at their early learning stage. It has been also
analysed that the process of narrative Storytelling also
passes on personal, hi-stoical, or cultural events or
experiences in the students which leads to transcend and
shared experience bringing positive change in tire attitudes
and behaviours along with changing them into families,
groups and communities to take better decisions based on
morale and ethics.
FIELD The field or subject matter of current text is based on
leading motivation in student by the way of narrative style
of writing that comprises of storytelling based on some
incidents that lead improved development of students. The
current selected text is providing the morale based on the
subject matter of smartness and intelligence comprises of
leading correct decisions and action at correct time to safe
guard from negative implication of an incidence.
TENOR An effective and proper relationship and connection is
developed between the author and the audience as the all
the elements of the selected text are written and presented
in an attractive manner that are vital in keeping the interest
of the audience. Making use of easy language that is
properly understandable by the audience is the key tenor
for selected text that helps in maintaining positive and
direct relationship between the author and audience.
